All payments and billing for White Fin Capital are processed by FBCPA MARKETING FZCO, a company registered in the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), United Arab Emirates. FBCPA MARKETING FZCO acts as the merchant of record for all subscription transactions.

We collect information you provide when you create an account or subscribe to our service, including:

• Name and email address
• Payment information (processed and stored securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Account usage data and log information
• Device and browser information for security and fraud prevention

We do not collect or store sensitive financial data beyond what is necessary to process your subscription.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain your subscription access
• Process payments and send billing communications
• Respond to customer support requests
• Improve the quality and security of our service
• Comply with legal obligations, including applicable UAE and international regulations

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment details are submitted directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only a tokenised reference to your payment method and are never in possession of your raw card data.
• Clerk — authentication and user management. Clerk processes your email and login credentials to provide secure sign-in. See Clerk's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — website analytics (with your consent). See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

These providers may store and process your data in the United States and other jurisdictions. We do not share your data with any third parties beyond those listed above.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data.

By using our service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the UAE and, where applicable, by our processors (including Stripe, Clerk, and Vercel) in other jurisdictions. We take appropriate steps to ensure your data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

The service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the service after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
